Surveys for HR

Surveys have been long considered strong marketing tools but outside-the-box thinking applies the same principles internally to gather a better understanding of the experience  staff members have within our organizations.  New hires provide insights about the on-boarding process and how they are doing during their ramp up period, a key to helping improve retention.  On-going surveys provide even greater insights to help us evolve our HR programs to address the issues highlighted from the survey responses.  Read More
