Linda excels at working with business leaders to identify the human resource needs and practices necessary to support strategic business goals and objectives. Linda began working as a Senior Consultant with The Singer Group in November, 2003 after working part time since 2001. She analyzes special custom compensation and benefit surveys and designs total rewards programs to meet business strategic needs. She also analyzes demographic data and develops affirmative action plans to fulfill government contractor regulations. Representative current and recent clients include:

Before joining The Singer Group, Linda worked as Director-Corporate Human Resources and Compliance for Constellation Energy Group, a Fortune 500 company, where she provided a broad range of human resource services to various corporate-owned regulated and non-regulated ventures. Some projects for which Linda was responsible included recruiting/staffing, policy/handbook development, affirmative action plan/diversity program development, performance management and compensation systems.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland College Park, a Master of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. She is a Certified Compensation Professional by WorldatWork, the association of compensation professionals, and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Linda has taught Fundamentals of Human Resources and Professional Human Resources Management through the Department of Professional Education and Training, University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Linda is very active in local civic and non-profit organizations. She serves as President-Board of Directors of the Baltimore Choral Arts Society, Vice President of the UMBC President’s Advisory Council for Business Outreach, and Immediate Past President-Woman’s Industrial Exchange. Linda was named as a Maryland Top 100 Woman of the Year in 2000 and 2002.
