Lorraine Kituri is a Human Resources Consultant with The Singer Group, Inc. She has worked on compensation and classification studies, job analyses, performance management studies, process and program evaluations and strategic planning projects for both public sector and non-profit clients. Lorraine has designed and conducted custom salary surveys, designed and revised compensation and classification programs, and conducted market pricing for a variety of clients. Lorraine also conducts internal equity assessments, including the design of position assessment instruments and job evaluation. She has worked on strategic planning projects for Durham County Library, Fund for Educational Excellence, and Beth Am. She has developed and presented performance management tools for the Environmental Support Center, Somerset County Library and Talbot County Government. She has successfully written and updated personnel manuals for Town of Perryville, Environmental Support Center, Southern Maryland Regional Library Association, Somerset County Library, Charles County Public Library, the Eastern Shore Regional Library, Caroline County Library and Cecil County Public Library. Lorraine has successfully developed survey instruments for the Maryland Coalition for the Prevention of Skin Cancer in Maryland and Beth Am. She compiles and analyses the assessment data. She has also conducted focus groups and interviews for a variety of clients. Lorraine has successfully conducted job analyses and written customized job descriptions for a variety of public sector and non-profit organizations including Harford County Public Library, St. Mary's County Government, the Metropolitan Commission of St. Mary's County, the Town of Perryville, St. John's Community Services, the Environmental Support Center, Project PLASE, City of Salisbury, Whatcom County Library System (WA), and Loyola Notre Dame Library. Lorraine has a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She also earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the United States International University-Africa. |
