Megan Staczek is an organization development consultant specializing in improving business results and strategic alignment. Megan offers a wide range of OD and training expertise with over 12 years of experience. She has worked as an internal consultant for several organizations, partnering with clients to plan and execute large and small scale changes at the organizational, team and individual levels. Most recently Megan was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Allfirst Bank. In this role, she and her team partnered with executives to improve their business unit’s results by building increased capability and performance. In previous roles, Megan worked with sales groups and senior managers in various management development and OD positions, fostering communication within teams and boosting individual and group performance.
