Faced with the daunting prospect of updating both our job descriptions and performance appraisals we turned to Singer Group for assistance. From the start Singer Group provided guidance and structure for our small Human Resources department to set up the project. We received an excellent set of over 70 job descriptions as well as improved performance appraisal instruments that encourage our staff to be the best they can be. Lorraine and Gail shared their expertise, provided feedback and offered excellent training on the new performance management forms and procedures.
